GreythornECC is a great place to work.  You can ask any of the staff - many of them have been with the Centre for over 6 years.  We pride ourselves on the low turnover of staff and this makes it an excellent place to be creative and extend yourself.

Our experienced Director (who has been with the Centre for over 13 years!) is committed to ensuring the Centre is always looking for ways to improve not only the programs for the children and the working environment for the team, but also the skills of the team through professional development. 

We work on a rotating roster and offer permanent staff one RDO per fortnight, along with dedicated time for program development and planning. We offer bonuses twice yearly based on both individual and centre performance and overtime to attend out of hours events.

Every two years staff rotate through the different rooms to provide you with exposure and the opportunity to develop your skills with a different age group. Each room has a lap top, wireless broadband and digital cameras to assist in the delivery of programs and with the parent/room communication – something which we are well known for!
