Committee of Management

GreythornECC is managed by a Committee of Management, a group of dedicated, passionate and committed parents and staff who work closely with the Centre’s Director to manage three main areas: legal and financial accountability, strategic vision and advocacy.

As this is a community based centre, decisions made by the Committee of Management directly target the needs of only three stakeholders: families (especially the children), staff and the community.

In addition, the Committee of Management strives to ensure that GreythornECC will set the standards and provide a best practice benchmark in childcare within the City of Boroondara.
