Hi, my name is Anu Gautham and I work Thursdays and Fridays for Maddy in the YL#2 room, and Mondays and Tuesdays covering both Young learners Rooms for Planning time and RDO’s

I am a very confident, positive, caring and enthusiastic educator. I am very lucky to do what I love and that is, working with children. I have been working for 5 years as a casual and part-time educator in Hawthorn. Children's safety is my first priority and I like to be with them and share their childhood moments.

My responsibility is to provide children with a safe, happy and secure environment, laying the foundations for healthy sociable interactions and their emotional development.

I am from India, New Delhi (capital city of India). My whole family lives in India. I have three older brothers, sisters-in-laws, four nephews (they are my sweethearts), and my mum. I am very close to them all. I feel very lucky and blessed to have such a beautiful family, friends and colleagues!

I am living happily by myself and enjoy Melbourne’s lifestyle. My friends describe me as a very loving, caring and bubbly personality. My passion is dancing. I am a part of Bollywood dance group,I perform with my group at Federation Square during our big festival Diwali. I also perform at private events.

I love to cook different types of cuisine but my specialty is Indian cuisine. I am very passionate about my work. Whatever I do I give 100%.
