Our Team

All permanent staff employed at GreythornECC have a minium qualification of Level 2, with all team leaders having a qualification at Level 3 (fully qualified). This means that all staff interacting with the children have formalised training in childcare. In addition, GreythornECC limits the use of agency staff, preferring to maintain a pool of reliable relief staff who are available at short notice. This pool of staff also has a minimum qualification of Level 2, with the majority being qualified at Level 3.
